Apple Cinnamon Coffee Mug Cake
Nothing beats a breakfast that involves coffee and cinnamon smells on a cool fall morning! Made in minutes, full of energy and completely vegan friendly.
Ingredients
- 1/4 c Oats
- 1/4 c Apple Sauce unsweetened
- 2-3 tbsp BareOrganics Energizing Coffee
- 1 tbsp Flour gluten free
- 1 tbsp Nut butter
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients.
- Stir in apple sauce, coffee and nut butter.
- Pour it into a lightly sprayed ramekin or mug.
- Cook in the microwave for 60-90 seconds.
- Top with a glaze if desired!
