Leftover Candy Collagen Crunch Bars
Healthy bars that are is the perfect use of leftover Halloween candy! Simple, no baking, ready in minutes and even filled with collagen for a protein kick. Easily kept gluten-free and vegan!
Ingredients
- 3/4 c Cereal
- 1/2 c Candy
- 60 g Designer Wellness Collagen vanilla
- 1/2 c Nut Butter gooey or melted
- 1/4 c Coconut Oil melted
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- White Chocolate melted
Instructions
- Line a square baking dish with parchment paper and set aside. In a bowl whisk together coconut oil, maple syrup and nut butter until well combined.
- Add in cereal, candy and collagen.
- Mix throughly. Pour into lined baking dish.
- Top with melted white chocolate and refrigerate for 15-30 min.
- Once firm, cut into bars.
Notes
Bars can be kept at room temperature for up to a week or refrigerated for up to 4 weeks- also freezer friendly!
