Leftover Candy Collagen Crunch Bars

Healthy bars that are is the perfect use of leftover Halloween candy! Simple, no baking, ready in minutes and even filled with collagen for a protein kick. Easily kept gluten-free and vegan!

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 c Cereal
  • 1/2 c Candy
  • 60 g Designer Wellness Collagen vanilla
  • 1/2 c Nut Butter gooey or melted
  • 1/4 c Coconut Oil melted
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • White Chocolate melted

Instructions
 

  • Line a square baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
In a bowl whisk together coconut oil, maple syrup and nut butter until well combined.
  • Add in cereal, candy and collagen.
  • Mix throughly.
Pour into lined baking dish.
  • Top with melted white chocolate and refrigerate for 15-30 min.
  • Once firm, cut into bars.

Notes

Bars can be kept at room temperature for up to a week or refrigerated for up to 4 weeks- also freezer friendly!
