Chunky Monkey Banana Bites
All your favorite chunky monkey flavors wrapped up in one sweet bite of heaven with a homemade chocolate that melts in your mouth. Vegan friendly and ideal for the health conscious gurus like me that who enjoys an indulgent treats.
Ingredients
- 1/2 c Coconut Oil
- 1/2 c BareOrganics Cacao Powder
- 3 tbsp Maple Syrup
- Banana
- Pretzels
- Peanut butter
- Sea Salt
Instructions
- Melt coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat.
- Stir in cacao powder and maple syrup until well mixed.
- Pour mixture into a glass dish to use immediately.
- Cut bananas into small quarter sized pieces.
- Top each piece with peanut butter and a pretzel.
- Cover with chocolate spread.
- Sprinkle with sea salt.
- Chill in the freezer until hard!
