Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 c Oats
  • 1/4 c Apple Sauce unsweetened
  • 2-3 tbsp BareOrganics Energizing Coffee
  • 1 tbsp Flour gluten free
  • 1 tbsp Nut butter
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients.
  • Stir in apple sauce, coffee and nut butter.
  • Pour it into a lightly sprayed ramekin or mug.
  • Cook in the microwave for 60-90 seconds.
  • Top with a glaze if desired!
