Honestly, it’s getting awfully dangerous to think about the amount of nut butter jars I have in my home.. I’m going to turn into a nut soon… cue the jokes.

- 10 oz dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter All American Butter My Cup
- 1/2 cup Medjool dates pitted/soaked
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 2 tbsp Honey
- Sea Salt
- Popcorn

Instructions
- 1. In a double boiler or microwave melt dark chocolate and coconut oil.
- 2. In a food processor, blend peanut butter, dates and honey until smooth.
- 3. Line a 12-hole muffin tin with muffin papers.
- 4. Add 1-2 tbsp of melted chocolate mix to each muffin paper.
- 5. Freeze for 5-10 minutes.
- 6. Top bottom layer with flattened peanut butter mixture, then add 1-2 tbsp more of melted chocolate until the chocolate is even on top.
- 7. Top with sea salt and popcorn.
- 8. Place in the freeze again until all layers are harden.
- 9. Peel off muffin papers, serve and dive in!
