Instructions
1. In a double boiler or microwave melt dark chocolate and coconut oil.
2. In a food processor, blend peanut butter, dates and honey until smooth.
3. Line a 12-hole muffin tin with muffin papers.
4. Add 1-2 tbsp of melted chocolate mix to each muffin paper.
5. Freeze for 5-10 minutes.
6. Top bottom layer with flattened peanut butter mixture, then add 1-2 tbsp more of melted chocolate until the chocolate is even on top.
7. Top with sea salt and popcorn.
8. Place in the freeze again until all layers are harden.
9. Peel off muffin papers, serve and dive in!
