not to mention that sweet coconut butter coating. ❤️❤️

Obviously I’m team healthier all day everyday but not everyone has that same mindset, and especially on a holiday. 🇺🇸

SO I always find the best way to balance out being surround by all the sugar filled options is by having a bowl of these star spangled studs on the party table. 👏🏻

Instructions
  1. Mix together nut butter and syrup in a small bowl.
  2. In a food processor mix together protein, flour and beet powder (unless using juice).
  3. Mix wet ingredients from small bowl into the food processor.
  4. Add in 1-2 tbsp of water if needed.
  5. Refrigerate dough for 5-10 minutes, or until firm enough to roll into balls.
  6. Roll into 1-2 tbsp sized balls and place on parchment paper.
  7. Melt chocolate and coconut oil together.
  8. One by one place each protein ball in the mix and use a spoon to coat.
  9. Place on parchment paper, add sprinkles and place in fridge until hardened.

Store extras in an airtight container in the refrigerator

    I don’t have date syrup. Is there another healthy alternative?

      Absolutely! Honey or pure maple syrup both work just as well. 🙂
