Ingredients

Instructions
Mix together nut butter and syrup in a small bowl.
In a food processor mix together protein, flour and beet powder (unless using juice).
Mix wet ingredients from small bowl into the food processor.
Add in 1-2 tbsp of water if needed.
Refrigerate dough for 5-10 minutes, or until firm enough to roll into balls.
Roll into 1-2 tbsp sized balls and place on parchment paper.
Melt chocolate and coconut oil together.
One by one place each protein ball in the mix and use a spoon to coat.
Place on parchment paper, add sprinkles and place in fridge until hardened.
