Ingredients
- ¼ c Coconut oil melted
- ¼ c Maple Syrup pure
- ¼ c Cashew butter creamy
- 1 c Coconut shredded and unsweetened
- 1 c Oats rolled or old fashion
- 2 Granola bars optional*
- 30 g Protein Powder optional*
- Coating:
- 1/4 c Chocolate: melted
- Coconut shredded and unsweetened

Instructions
- In a large bowl whisk together coconut oil, maple syrup, cashew butter and salt until smooth.
- Stir in shredded coconut, granola bars, protein powder and oats until thoroughly combined.
- Spray a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
- Add the base mixture to the pan.
- Using a spatula, press until mixture down until condensed.
- In a small bowl whisk together chocolate topping ingredients.
- Pour chocolate topping over base and sprinkle with extra coconut!
- Freeze bars for at least 1 hour!
Recipe Notes
Feel free to substitute honey or agave nectar in place of the pure maple syrup.
*Granola bars and Protein powder can both be replaced by adding an additional 1/2 c of Oats instead- or 1/4 c perspectively.
** Creamy peanut butter can also be used, or melted down almond butter
