No Bake Samoa Gran-Oatmeal Bars
Bars that are quick and easy to whip up for an after school snack recipe! Instead of diving into a box of your favorite Girl Scout cookies go for a few of these guilt free, high protein bars!

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl whisk together coconut oil, maple syrup, cashew butter and salt until smooth.
  2. Stir in shredded coconut, granola bars, protein powder and oats until thoroughly combined.
  3. Spray a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
  4. Add the base mixture to the pan.
  5. Using a spatula, press until mixture down until condensed.
  6. In a small bowl whisk together chocolate topping ingredients.
  7. Pour chocolate topping over base and sprinkle with extra coconut!
  8. Freeze bars for at least 1 hour!
Recipe Notes

Feel free to substitute honey or agave nectar in place of the pure maple syrup.

*Granola bars and Protein powder can both be replaced by adding an additional 1/2 c of Oats instead- or 1/4 c perspectively.

** Creamy peanut butter can also be used, or melted down almond butter
