- 1 Ripe Banana mashed
- 1/4 c Peanut Butter gooey
- 1 large Egg
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp Milk dairy free
- 1/2 c GF Flour or Muffin mix paleo
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 G2G PB Chocolate Chip Protein Bar crumbled
Ingredients

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a mini muffin tray.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the mashed banana, peanut butter, egg, maple syrup and milk of choice.
- Throughly mix in flour, baking powder and salt until smooth.
- Fold in the protein bar.
- Evenly divide batter into muffin tray.
- Bake 8-12 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
- Transfer muffins to wire rack to cool and enjoy!
