- 2 cups Rice Chex cereal wheat
- 60 g BioHealth Nutrition Chocolate Milk Protein Blend
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips melted
- 1 cup Nut butter softened or gooey
- 1/2 cup Date Syrup or pure maple syrup see above for substitutions
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil melted
Ingredients

- Lightly spray an 8 x 8-inch dish and set aside.
- Mix cereal and protein powder in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl combine all your other ingredients until well mixed.
- Pour the wet mixture into the cereal bowl and mix until combined.
- Pour into the baking dish and refrigerate until firm enough to cut into bars (about 45 minutes)!
These are best kept refrigerated for up to 4 weeks!
