  1. Lightly spray an 8 x 8-inch dish and set aside.

  2. Mix cereal and protein powder in a large mixing bowl.

  3. In a separate bowl combine all your other ingredients until well mixed.

  4. Pour the wet mixture into the cereal bowl and mix until combined.
  5. Pour into the baking dish and refrigerate until firm enough to cut into bars (about 45 minutes)!
