You know, all of those flashback comfort foods.
Well I’ve been feeling pretty nostalgic this holiday season so I was determine to make a batch that fit my needs… along with being incredibly AIR FRYER friendly.
✔️No eggs
✔️No butter
✔️Gluten Free
✔️High Protein (yes)
Side note- why aren’t restaurants investing in air fryers yet? 🙃

Ingredients
- 1 c Self-rising Flour
- 1 c Quark or Greek Yogurt
- 4 oz Shredded Cheese of choice
- 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder or garlic salt
- 1 tbsp Parsley

Instructions
- Lightly spray a sheet of foil.
- In a medium bowl mix together quark and self-rising flour.
- Add cheese and seasonings until everything is thick and well mixed.
- Divide the dough evenly into equal pieces.
- Spread the pieces out on the sheet of foil.
- Air fry at 350 F for 12-15 minutes- checking every few minutes after the 10 minute mark.
Recipe Notes
These are also be cooked in the oven at 400F for 15-20 minutes.
