  1. Lightly spray a sheet of foil.
  2. In a medium bowl mix together quark and self-rising flour.
  3. Add cheese and seasonings until everything is thick and well mixed.
  4. Divide the dough evenly into equal pieces.
  5. Spread the pieces out on the sheet of foil.
  6. Air fry at 350 F for 12-15 minutes- checking every few minutes after the 10 minute mark.
Recipe Notes

These are also be cooked in the oven at 400F for 15-20 minutes.

If you don’t have AP or Almond flour to make self-rising flour use oatsĀ
