What’s one resolution you’re carrying over from 2020?!
Mine: Embracing my inner child…aka finding more ways to incorporate PB&J on a daily basis.😏
Not usually in frozen form but I thought I’d match Mother Nature over here in Chicago… also because I’m craving all things refreshing post holidays.
I’m also craving travel BIG TIME… I can’t believe I didn’t get on a plane in 2020, so sad to think about.
I still need to share all your cozy getaways suggestions from last month- leaning towards TN but honestly my only condition is that it’s warmer than Chicago…
because the only type of freezing want to keep doing is getting a brain freeze from popping in FROZEN PBJ PROTEIN GRAPES too quickly. 🍇

Ingredients
- 60 large Grapes
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 45 g BioHealth PB Cookie Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp Sweetener date syrup or maple syrup
- Peanuts chopped

Instructions
- Line a baking tray with wax or parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together protein, syrup and yogurt.
- Take a few grapes and drop them into the peanut butter yogurt.
- Using a fork or your hands, dip each grape into the mixture.
- Transfer a coated grape, one at a time, onto the paper.
- Sprinkle over with chopped peanuts if desired.
- Place the grapes into the freezer for 30-60 minutes before popping in!
