Instructions
  1. Line a baking tray with wax or parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together protein, syrup and yogurt.
  3. Take a few grapes and drop them into the peanut butter yogurt.
  4. Using a fork or your hands, dip each grape into the mixture.
  5. Transfer a coated grape, one at a time, onto the paper.
  6. Sprinkle over with chopped peanuts if desired.
  7. Place the grapes into the freezer for 30-60 minutes before popping in!
