Greek Yogurt

BioHealth PB Cookie Protein Powder

tbsp
Sweetener
date syrup or maple syrup
Peanuts
chopped
Instructions
Line a baking tray with wax or parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix together protein, syrup and yogurt.
Take a few grapes and drop them into the peanut butter yogurt.
Using a fork or your hands, dip each grape into the mixture.
Transfer a coated grape, one at a time, onto the paper.
Sprinkle over with chopped peanuts if desired.
Place the grapes into the freezer for 30-60 minutes before popping in!
