- 1 small Cauliflower head cut into florets
- 2 large eggs whisked
- 1.5 c Now Food’s Organic raw cashews
- 1.25 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 3/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- olive oil spray
Ingredients

- Crack eggs into a shallow bowl and whisk until combined. Set aside.
- Use a food processor to blend together cashews with all spices and cornstarch until a fine mixture is formed.
- Transfer mixture to a shallow dish.
- One floret at a time, dip in the eggs, ensuring all sides are well coated, shake off excess then coat in the cashew mixture.
- Transfer each one to a plate.
- Lightly spray all florets to “seal.”
- Coat air fryer basket with spray, then add florets to air fryer basket in a single layer without having any touch if possible. Cook at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes checking every 5 minutes.
Best consumed when fresh!
