Cashew Crusted Cauliflower Wings
Spice up your dinner routine with some spicy cauliflower!  Cauliflower florets covered in cashews and cooked in the air fryer for a simple process! Serve with sweet and spicy dipping sauce or marinara!

  1. Crack eggs into a shallow bowl and whisk until combined. Set aside.
  2. Use a food processor to blend together cashews with all spices and cornstarch until a fine mixture is formed.
  3. Transfer mixture to a shallow dish.
  4. One floret at a time, dip in the eggs, ensuring all sides are well coated, shake off excess then coat in the cashew mixture.
  5. Transfer each one to a plate.
  6. Lightly spray all florets to “seal.”
  7. Coat air fryer basket with spray, then add florets to air fryer basket in a single layer without having any touch if possible.
Cook at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes checking every 5 minutes.
