Ingredients
- 1/2 Easter Bunny Delight Almond Butter
- 1/2 c Protein Powder vanilla
- 1/2 c Oats rolled or old fashion
- 1/4 c Carrots finely chopped
- 1 oz Cashews
- 2-3 large Dates pitted
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
- In a food processor or blender combine oats, protein powder, carrots, cashews and spices.
- Blend together until well incorporated.
- Add dates and almond butter then blend again.
- Place in fridge for 10-15 minutes to thicken batter. Roll batter into 12-15 balls.
