Carrot Cake Protein Bites
Protein Bites are a simple solution for the afternoon slump or holiday time crunch- like Easter! Filled with healthy ingredients, protein and topped off with an extra nut butter drizzle!

Instructions
  1. In a food processor or blender combine oats, protein powder, carrots, cashews and spices.
  2. Blend together until well incorporated.
  3. Add dates and almond butter then blend again.
  4. Place in fridge for 10-15 minutes to thicken batter.
Roll batter into 12-15 balls.
