No Bake Carrot Cake Breakfast Cookies
These no-bake cookies have all of the flavors of carrot cake, without any guilt! Completely free of dairy, gluten, grains and can even be made sugar free! They’re ridiculously good as a breakfast addition. 🙂

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, pecans, protein powder and spices.
  2. Stir in nut butter and maple syrup until well combined.
  3. Lastly mix in the grated carrot and any optional add ons.
  4. Form into cookies!
