  1. In a food processor or blender combine oats, protein powder, carrots, cashews and spices.
  2. Blend together until well incorporated.
  3. Add dates and almond butter then blend again.
  4. Place in fridge for 10-15 minutes to thicken batter.
Roll batter into 12-15 balls.
