And not to make you think too hard on a Friday but what type of birthday cake flavored treat should i make for the big day?!

No better way to POP in for a birthday surprise than with a healthy, no bake cup filled with sprinkles!

Instructions
  1. Lightly spray a 6 cup muffin tin.
  2. In a sauce pan on medium heat, or in the microwave melt down coconut oil and white chocolate chips together.
  3. Mix in sweetener.
  4. Whisk in protein powder and sprinkles.
  5. While mixture is still extremely gooey add in popcorn.
  6. Coat popcorn thoroughly in the mixture then pack tightly into the muffin tin cups.
  7. Chill in the freezer for 20 min to solidify.
