Ingredients
- 2 c Popcorn plant based or of choice
- 30 g SilverFern Brand Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/4 c White chocolate chips
- 1/4 c Coconut Oil
- 2 tbsp Sweetener sticky
- 2 tbsp Sprinkles rainbow

Instructions
- Lightly spray a 6 cup muffin tin.
- In a sauce pan on medium heat, or in the microwave melt down coconut oil and white chocolate chips together.
- Mix in sweetener.
- Whisk in protein powder and sprinkles.
- While mixture is still extremely gooey add in popcorn.
- Coat popcorn thoroughly in the mixture then pack tightly into the muffin tin cups.
- Chill in the freezer for 20 min to solidify.
