Actually laying in bed with a meal? Not my thing. 

I’m waaaay too much of a morning person for that— in the sense that I want to MOVE right away and as much as possible.. like all over my kitchen style whipping up the most perfect loaded oats ever. 

🎉 OH and the birthday week theme continues, 

CAKE BATTER OATS. 🎂

Deliciously thick, fluffy and creamy to start out the morning on a CELEBRATORY note. 

I’m probably going to make this again… pre-birthday, birthday and post-birthday.

Instructions
  1. Combine oats and water or milk in a saucepan or microwave safe bowl.
  2. Heat until most of the liquid is absorbed.
  3. Whisk in the eggs or whites very well into a thick batter.
  4. Continue cooking for another 1-2 minutes, until oats are extremely fluffy.
  5. Stir in the collagen until fully combined
  6. Sprinkle over cocoa pieces with a fork from the jar.
  7. Drizzle on peanutbutter.
  8. Top with sprinkles!
