Ingredients
- Bars
- 1 cup Oats
- 1/3 cup Protein Powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 cup Sunbutter or Nutbutter
- 2 tbsp Date Syrup
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened applesauce
- Crumble Topping
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil melted
- 1/4 cup Apples finely diced
- 1/4 cup Vanilla Almond Nutsola Mix
- 1/2 cup Kay's Apple Cinnamon Cereal slightly crushed

Instructions
- Line or lightly spray a baking dish, set aside.
- In large mixing bowl, hand mix the oats, protein powder, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the nut butter until melted.
- Add applesauce and date syrup to the nut butter.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry and mix.
- The batter should be thick but still a crumbly texture.
- Transfer to lined baking dish and press firmly.
- Freeze for at least 30 minutes.
- In a medium bowl mix together all dry crumble topping ingredients.
- Add melted coconut oil to the dry and mix well.
- Take out the frozen bars, press down the crumble topping into the pan as the top layer.
- Continue to freeze for another 45-60 minutes.
