Apple Crumble Bars

Unsweetened applesauce
Crumble Topping

Coconut Oil

Vanilla Almond Nutsola Mix

Kay’s Apple Cinnamon Cereal
slightly crushed
Instructions
Line or lightly spray a baking dish, set aside.
In large mixing bowl, hand mix the oats, protein powder, cinnamon and nutmeg.
In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the nut butter until melted.
Add applesauce and date syrup to the nut butter.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry and mix.
The batter should be thick but still a crumbly texture.
Transfer to lined baking dish and press firmly.
Freeze for at least 30 minutes.
In a medium bowl mix together all dry crumble topping ingredients.
Add melted coconut oil to the dry and mix well.
Take out the frozen bars, press down the crumble topping into the pan as the top layer.
Continue to freeze for another 45-60 minutes.
