Boyfriend asked me which stove top burner is my favorite… I said my air fryer?

I rarely break out pots and pans, especially since it’s been consistently in the 90s here. 🙌🏻

So veggies, fish, meat.. occasionally fruit, you name it I toss it. That big ole non stick air fryer basket is my favorite. 

Just for kicks though, do you have a favorite stove top burner? 😂

Air Fryer Salmon Nuggets
Salmon cut up in tiny bites and tossed in pistachio flour! Completely gluten free, dairy free and such a simple air fryer recipe! Crunchy on the outside, juicy on the inside.

Instructions
  1. Cut the salmon into 1 inch cubes and squeeze over with lemon’s juice.
  2. Toss pieces in black pepper and salt.
  3. In a shallow bowl mix together olive oil and milk.
  4. In a separate bowl whisk together flours.
  5. Toss salmon pieces into wet ingredients bowl of oil/milk.
  6. Once fully coated, toss pieces in flour bowl.
  7. Lay half of the salmon pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  8. Spray with olive oil.
  9. Cook for 5 minutes.
  10. Remove from the basket and repeat with the remaining pieces.
Recipe Notes

All air fryers vary a little- cooking time may need anywhere from 5-10 minutes per batch.

      It depends on the type of air fryer you have but I do 400F!
