  1. Cut the salmon into 1 inch cubes and squeeze over with lemon’s juice.
  2. Toss pieces in black pepper and salt.
  3. In a shallow bowl mix together olive oil and milk.
  4. In a separate bowl whisk together flours.
  5. Toss salmon pieces into wet ingredients bowl of oil/milk.
  6. Once fully coated, toss pieces in flour bowl.
  7. Lay half of the salmon pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  8. Spray with olive oil.
  9. Cook for 5 minutes.
  10. Remove from the basket and repeat with the remaining pieces.
Recipe Notes

All air fryers vary a little- cooking time may need anywhere from 5-10 minutes per batch.
