Ingredients
- 8 oz Salmon Wild Fork Foods
- 1 Lemon
- 1/2 tbsp Black Pepper
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 c Pistachio Flour
- 1/4 c Oat Flour or cashew
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Milk Plantbased
- olive oil spray

Instructions
- Cut the salmon into 1 inch cubes and squeeze over with lemon’s juice.
- Toss pieces in black pepper and salt.
- In a shallow bowl mix together olive oil and milk.
- In a separate bowl whisk together flours.
- Toss salmon pieces into wet ingredients bowl of oil/milk.
- Once fully coated, toss pieces in flour bowl.
- Lay half of the salmon pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Spray with olive oil.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove from the basket and repeat with the remaining pieces.

All air fryers vary a little- cooking time may need anywhere from 5-10 minutes per batch.

It depends on the type of air fryer you have but I do 400F!
