Pumpkin Pie Cookie Dough

Scoops is everything you never knew you needed and everything you can no longer live without this fall! Easy to make, vegan friendly and stores perfectly in the fridge.

Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 c Pumpkin pure
  • 1/4 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Nut butter gooey or warmed
  • 1 1/2 c Nut flour ⁣
  • 1 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/4 c Grandy Oats Pumpkin Seeds

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl combine spice, honey and nut butter.
  • Add in remaining ingredients one by one while mixing throughly.
  • Use a spoon or cookie scooper to form scoops or balls!
