Let’s talk about the layers though, a crunchy oatmeal bar crust topped with a creamy protein layer filled with My Kaurna Oat, Mango & Banana smoothie!
That means extra fiber, extra protein + extra plants!
Banana Oat Smoothie Bombs
OK blender still required but these bombs require no baking, minimal ingredients and are ready in no time to snack on! High protein, plant based and completely vegan friendly.
Ingredients
- Crust
- 1/2 c Oat Flour gluten free
- 1/4 c Nut butter gooey
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil melted
- Smoothie
- 30 g Protein Powder
- 1 Karuna Oat Smoothie
- 1 Banana
- 3-4 ice cubes
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix crust ingredients until mixture becomes thick.
- Transfer mixture to pan as cookie base, pack down firmly.
- In a blender or food processor, mix together smoothie ingredients.
- Pour smoothie over crust.
- Place pan in freezer for about 20 minutes until firm!
- Use large sharp knife to cut into pieces.
Notes
Bombs should be stored in fridge or freezer.
