Toasted Coconut Protein Balls
Protein balls packed a fun summer coconut twist, bursting with flavor! They require minimal ingredients, take less than five minutes to put together, and are loaded with protein! The most perfect snack for on the go, post workout, or a between meal bite.

- 1/3 c Granola crushed finely
- 1/3 c Nut flour gluten free
- 1 c Cashew butter peanut butter
- 60 g Vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1/4 c Coconut shredded unsweetened
- 1 tbsp Amoretti Toasted Coconut Compound
- 1/4 c White Chocolate melted
In a large bowl, combine nut butter and honey, and microwave for one minute.
Whisk in the compound flavor.
Mix in protein powder, flour, granola and coconut until combined.
Using a cookie dough scoop or tbsp, scoop out protein balls.
Dip each ball into melted white chocolate.
Refrigerate until you're ready to eat.
