Sweet and Savory Pumpkin Hummus

This easy pumpkin hummus is perfect for all your festive fall gatherings and takes only five minutes to whip up! Many pumpkin recipes are only sweet or only savory- but this pumpkin recipe is killer for both.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 c Chickpeas cooked
  • 3/4 cup Pumpkin pure
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Milk
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • Parm Crisps Everything Oven-Baked Crisps

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients except the coconut milk and Parm Crisps to a food processor or blender.
  • Blend until almost smooth, add coconut milk one tbsp at a time continuously blending.
  • Top with crunched Parm Crisps and extra cinnamon powder.
  • Chill for 10-15 minutes then dip with Parm Crisps to devour!
