Easier than a mug cake and just as tasty as a batch of cookies! One cup, or mug, filled with dairy free, eggless and high protein cookie dough that bakes right before your eyes! Warm, cozy and melty for your healthy sweet tooth needs.

- 1/4 c Almond Flour
- 25 g JYM Oatmeal Cookie Plant Protein Powder
- 2 tbsp Nut Butter
- 1 tsp Date Sugar or syrup
- 2 tbsp Almond Milk unsweet plain
- 1 tbsp Chocolate Chips
Add all ingredients into a mug or cup, except for chocolate chips.
Mix very thoroughly until dough texture forms.
Once cookie dough forms mix in chocolate chips.
Microwave for 60-90 seconds!
