Thin Mint Muddy Buddies

There was a time when i would not have gone near MUDDY BUDDIES or girl scout cookies. 

❌Partly because those would “wreck my physique”…

❌Partly because they “don’t aid my fitness goals”…

❌Party because if I did then I would be “unhealthy”…

ALL SO VERY WRONG, but regardless- neither would leave me feeling great having a sensitive stomach.

That was before I understood substitutes, and being able to make anything and everything I do now in a HEALTHFUL way.

✔️High Protein Mint Chocolate Almond Butter

✔️Healthy Cacao Spread 

✔️Sugar Free Powdered Sugar

✔️DF GF + Vegan Friendly

This muddy buddy mix is even a part of my pre-workout meal … years ago I bet I never thought Id be saying that. 🤙🏻

Instructions
  1. Place cereal for each in separate bowls and set aside.
  2. In a small microwave proof bowl, melt almond butter and cacao/chocolate together until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate over one cereal bowl and gently stir until coated.
  4. Add powdered sugar and stir (or shake in a plastic bag).
  5. Pour onto a cookie sheet to let cool.
  6. In another small microwave proof bowl, melt white chocolate until smooth and stir in as much green dye as desired.
  7. 9. Pour over second bowl of cereal and stir until coated. 
Add powdered sugar and stir.
  8. Pour onto a cookie sheet and let cool.
  9. Mix the two colors together and add chopped Thin Mints cookies for decoration!
