Must be pretty low maintenance to keep up with this one…

There also is fermented carrots and cabbage in this creamy, thick dip goddess too…
✔️Again without using carrots or cabbage.

Ingredients
- 1 can Garbanzo beans drained and rinsed, 15 oz., chickpeas
- 2-4 tbsp Sweet Beet Dressing Cleveland Kitchen
- 2 tbsp EVOO extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Lemon Lemon Juice
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/4-1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions
- Add the garbanzo beans, 2 tablespoons of dressing, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt to a food processor.
- Process until smooth and creamy.
- If needed, add additional dressing to thin out the hummus and 1/4 teaspoon of salt to your taste preference.
- Store covered in the refrigerator.
