Excuse the brief interruption from my fall recipes for an important announcement: IT IS PIZZA FRIDAY.🍕
No matter if you SLICE it or if you STUFF it, it’s the TGIF move.
And CHEESY puns aside, any night can be pizza night when it’s loaded with PROTEIN am I right? 🤟🏻
(Then you can get back to all things fall when you POP your head into that bucket of DIY caramel apple popcorn and POP a movie in, post pizza.)

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup Greek Yogurt
- 60 g BioHealth Phyto Perfect Whey
- 1 Egg whisked
- 3-4 tbsp Marinara Sauce
- Italian seasoning
- Red Pepper flakes

Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350F.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together 3/4 cup (75g) of the almond flour and 1 scoop of whey.
- Mix in the yogurt to the almond flour mix.
- Add in the egg.
- Once you have a sticky ball of dough, add in the remaining almond flour and whey.
- Use your hands to knead into a smooth ball of dough.
- Separate the dough into smaller round balls.
- Hand press in a center dip to each ball for the marinara.
- Add in the sauce and any other desired toppings.
- Roll each dough piece carefully up into a ball keeping in the marinara.
- Sprinkle with seasoning and flakes.
- Place on a lightly sprayed baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Enjoy!
