Stuffed Pizza Protein Rolls
Pizza in the form of delicious stuffed rolls! These high protein pizza rolls are the perfect snack and you can add or stuff in all your favorite toppings! Quick to make, easy to eat.
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together 3/4 cup (75g) of the almond flour and 1 scoop of whey.
  3. Mix in the yogurt to the almond flour mix.
  4. Add in the egg.
  5. Once you have a sticky ball of dough, add in the remaining almond flour and whey.
  6. Use your hands to knead into a smooth ball of dough.
  7. Separate the dough into smaller round balls.
  8. Hand press in a center dip to each ball for the marinara.
  9. Add in the sauce and any other desired toppings.
  10. Roll each dough piece carefully up into a ball keeping in the marinara.
  11. Sprinkle with seasoning and flakes.
  12. Place on a lightly sprayed baking sheet.
  13. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  14. Enjoy!
