  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
  2. Pulse blend 30 seconds to 1 minute until you have a smooth frothy texture.
  3. Top with all your favorites- cereal, mixed nuts, granola, peanut butter or healthy chocolate spread are mine!
