Strawberry Cashew Protein Fudge

Not a hot take (literally): do not turn your heat down or leave your sunroof open until spring is 100% over…

Apparently I left my common sense in March, so much for being “older and wiser”?

I was just reaaaally excited when we had that week of 80 degrees.

Reality check hit though, there are endless seasonal gems this time of year as a but cold nights and damp leather seats are not two of them.

Strawberries on the other hand… big seasonal gem, especially when you’re low on freezer treats.
