2020 is half way over.. we need shorter recipes than cake.🍓 

WHERE HAS THE YEAR GONE?!

SO no seed shaming to everyone whose been sharing their strawberry shortcakes… but I don’t have time for that. 👎🏻 

It feels like we’re down the the last STRAW with <6 months to make the most of this SHORT lived year.

+ I am not a cake person. 🙃

I am a energy bites person and I do have 10 minutes to BLAST a handful of BERRY healthy ingredients through my food processor though. 👏🏻

Instructions
  1. Blend strawberries, almonds and oats into a food processor or blender down into a fine powder.
  2. Add in protein powder and cinnamon powder.
  3. Transfer the powder to a bowl and stir in honey and almond butter.
  4. Add more almond butter if needed to reach a moldable consistency.
  5. Scoop out ~2 tbsp of the mix and press it together in your hand to form ball sized bites.
  6. Transfer to a plate or container and store at room temperature or in the fridge, depending on preference. Enjoy!
