Ingredients
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 serving BiohealthNutrition Snickerdoodle Protein Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp Date Syrup
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp Water or milk
- Icing
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil

Instructions
- In a glass bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients.
- Add in egg and date syrup.
- Mix together with water.
- Microwave at 30 second intervals (stirring in between), until thickened then continue to microwave until cake forms.
- Prepare the cinnamon icing by combining melted coconut oil and cinnamon powder.
- Pour over cake and place in the fridge for a few minutes allow icing to thicken.
- Once thickened, dig in with a fork!
