Snickerdoodle Bread Bowl
A perfectly healthy single serving cinnamon cake with cinnamon icing! It looks and tastes like a cake version of a cinnamon roll- without the guilt!

Instructions
  1. In a glass bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients.
  2. Add in egg and date syrup.
  3. Mix together with water.
  4. Microwave at 30 second intervals (stirring in between), until thickened then continue to microwave until cake forms.
  5. Prepare the cinnamon icing by combining melted coconut oil and cinnamon powder.
  6. Pour over cake and place in the fridge for a few minutes allow icing to thicken.
  7. Once thickened, dig in with a fork!
