Instructions
- Lay a piece of plastic wrap on the counter and sprinkle over with sesame seeds. On top of plastic wrap with seeds, overlap salmon slices to form a rectangle. Carefully spread yogurt over the top of the smoked salmon using a butter knife. Place sliced avocado and cucumber sticks in the center of the rectangle.
- Use the plastic wrap to help you roll smoked salmon.
- Toss roll up in the freezer for 10 minutes before slicing!
Recipe Notes
- You can also use whipped cream cheese instead of yogurt/quark.
- Make sure plastic wrap is nice and tightly fit down on the counter top, be very careful when rolling so that inside ingredients stay within the roll!
- Using a very sharp knife (carefully) will help create “less mess” for slicing the roll.
