Smoked salmon roll ups are a quick and easy party food, snack option, impressive appetizer or tasty add on to any meal! Similar to sushi, only a thousand times easier!
Lay a piece of plastic wrap on the counter and sprinkle over with sesame seeds. On top of plastic wrap with seeds, overlap salmon slices to form a rectangle. Carefully spread yogurt over the top of the smoked salmon using a butter knife. Place sliced avocado and cucumber sticks in the center of the rectangle.
Use the plastic wrap to help you roll smoked salmon.
Toss roll up in the freezer for 10 minutes before slicing!
Recipe Notes
You can also use whipped cream cheese instead of yogurt/quark.
Make sure plastic wrap is nice and tightly fit down on the counter top, be very careful when rolling so that inside ingredients stay within the roll!
Using a very sharp knife (carefully) will help create “less mess” for slicing the roll.
