Family camping trips as a kid, high school bonfires or even when me and my boyfriend in college made s’mores over stove top because “city life” no backyard… 😂
I would always limit myself to one bad boy, for all the obvious reasons.

Ingredients
- 1 cup + 1 tbsp Walnut Flour Natures Eats
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil melted
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup pure
- 1 cup Pure Pumpkin
- 1/4 cup Cacao Spread or Hazelnut Spread
- 1/4 cup Mini Marshmallows

Instructions
- In medium bowl mix together flour, maple syrup and melted coconut oil.
- Spread evenly into a lightly sprayed oaf pan or similar sized dish.
- Spread pure pumpkin on top of bottom layer.
- In a small bowl melt cacao spread (or use gooey hazelnut spread).
- Drizzle over pumpkin layer.
- Top with marshmallows.
- Sprinkle with left over 1 tbsp of walnut flour or use graham cracker crumbs.
- Lightly press down with a spatula.
- Freeze for a minimum of one hour.
- Cut into bars and devour!
