Ingredients

Maple Syrup

Pure Pumpkin

Cacao Spread
or Hazelnut Spread

Mini Marshmallows
Instructions
In medium bowl mix together flour, maple syrup and melted coconut oil.
Spread evenly into a lightly sprayed oaf pan or similar sized dish.
Spread pure pumpkin on top of bottom layer.
In a small bowl melt cacao spread (or use gooey hazelnut spread).
Drizzle over pumpkin layer.
Top with marshmallows.
Sprinkle with left over 1 tbsp of walnut flour or use graham cracker crumbs.
Lightly press down with a spatula.
Freeze for a minimum of one hour.
Cut into bars and devour!
