Ingredients
Instructions
  1. In medium bowl mix together flour, maple syrup and melted coconut oil.
  2. Spread evenly into a lightly sprayed oaf pan or similar sized dish.
  3. Spread pure pumpkin on top of bottom layer.
  4. In a small bowl melt cacao spread (or use gooey hazelnut spread).
  5. Drizzle over pumpkin layer.
  6. Top with marshmallows.
  7. Sprinkle with left over 1 tbsp of walnut flour or use graham cracker crumbs.
  8. Lightly press down with a spatula.
  9. Freeze for a minimum of one hour.
  10. Cut into bars and devour!
