Well that’s a mouthful.☕️

I’m a boring black coffee gal now days but fall has me craving that dirty chai flavor soooo…

Three layers of raw dirty deliciousness: a crunchy granola base, a mousse coffee middle and a top layer of creamy chia goodness.

Skinny Chai Tea Granola Cups
These raw dirty chai cups consist of three layers of pure decadence. Flavorful and simple ingredients melted together into a perfect bite without the caffeine crash or any baking!

Instructions
  1. 
Lightly spray a muffin tin and set aside.
  2. For base layer:
  3. In a food processor pulse blend all base layer ingredients.
  4. Firmly press mixture into each cup packing down tightly then place in fridge.
For coffee layer:
  5. In a small bowl mix coffee with melted coconut oil and maple syrup.
  6. Add in cashew butter (melt if needed).
  7. Pour coffee layer on top of base layer then place back in the fridge.
  8. For chai layer:
  9. In a small bowl whisk together spices or pour syrup.
  10. Separately, melt coconut chips and cashew butter together.
  11. Add in maple syrup to the melted bowl then stir in spices.
  12. Once well mixed pour on top of coffee layer then place into the freezer for 2-3 minutes to firm completely.
Recipe Notes

Cups are best kept in fridge. If kept in the freezer, you'll need to thaw slightly before consuming.
