Single Serving Chocolate PB Pie

If you’ve never had a single serving pie, you’re in for a real treat with this one! Not only it is perfectly acceptable not to share but it is quick, simple and healthier than any other pie you’ll find at the store. 

Protein loaded from top to bottom and full of the best combination known to man kind: chocolate and peanut butter. Absolutely no baking involved too!

Single Serving Chocolate PB Pie
High protein, no baking and loaded with chocolate and peanut butter for the perfect single serving treat!

Instructions
  1. In a food processor mix together all ingredients for crust until fully mixed together into a thick texture.
  2. Pack crust mixture down in a ramekin dish.
  3. Clean food processor and blend together ingredients for pie.
  4. Pour into ramekin on top of crust.
  5. Freeze for about 15 minutes.
  6. If desired top with peanuts and syrup.
  7. Enjoy!

**For the crust you can use any mixture of flour, cereal, granola or cookies.
